Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Act as the technical bridge between enterprise customers and OPAQUE's confidential AI platform: lead technical discovery/architecture scoping, design and build production agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations, and partner with customer engineering teams through production deployment. Synthesize field observations into product feedback and build reusable artifacts. Requires 5+ years SWE on production AI/ML systems, hands-on agentic-workflow and RAG-pipeline design, strong Python with AI frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex/LangGraph/CrewAI), LLM API integration (OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini), and enterprise deployment/compliance awareness (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP). Bonus: confidential computing/TEEs.
