Senior AI/ML Engineer

Design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI/ML systems powering internal workflows and external platforms at a cfDNA diagnostics leader. Build foundational GenAI services (vector search, prompt tuning, agent orchestration, document extraction, memory services, model registry, embedding stores, guardrails, evaluation), implement RAG at scale, build single/multi-agent orchestration, and stand up cloud-native infra (Kubernetes, MLflow, Terraform, AWS) with HIPAA/CLIA/CAP/FDA/GDPR compliance-by-design. Requires 8+ years software/ML engineering (5+ in ML at scale), production LLM systems on AWS (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark, MLflow/Kubeflow, vector DBs), proven GenAI/RAG/agentic experience, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel). Master's and regulated-industry experience preferred. US Remote.
