Google Pays SpaceX $920M/Mo for NVIDIA GPUs and CPUs
Google just signed a massive $920M/mo deal with SpaceX, starting in October 2026, for access to NVIDIA GPUs and CPUs until June 2029. Why should you care? Google's cloud division is ramping up its hardware game, likely aiming to compete more aggressively with AWS and Azure on AI workloads. The agreement includes a cancellation clause after December 31, 2026, allowing either party to terminate the deal with 90 days notice if SpaceX fails to deliver the committed amount of GPUs by September 30, 2026.
