TL;DR
Meta's Nova glasses are priced at $299, featuring a 12-MP camera and 9-hour battery life. They lack some high-end features but offer a sleek design and wearable comfort.
Meta just dropped the price of its Nova smart glasses to $299, featuring a 12-MP camera and 9-hour battery life. For developers and tech enthusiasts on a budget, this could be a compelling option for hands-on testing and development. However, the lack of advanced features like Conversation Focus and Muse AI integration means it's not a must-have for everyone. The Nova glasses come in various color and frame combinations, making them more accessible to a broader audience. With a 12-MP camera and 3K video capture, developers can explore AR and VR applications without breaking the bank. But the absence of advanced AI assistant functionality might limit its appeal to those seeking cutting-edge features.
