Paint By JSON

Paint By JSON is a Figma plugin that lets you populate frames with real data from any REST API instead of placeholder text. Paste an endpoint URL with auth or headers if needed, map JSON paths to layer names, and save the recipe as a reusable Palette you can re-apply to any frame. Requests fire directly from your browser, transforms shape raw values before they hit the canvas, and Palettes can be shared across files or exported to JSON, Markdown, or a Spec Frame for engineering handoff.
