Screenpipe
What is Screenpipe?
Search locally captured screen and audio history for recall, meeting notes, and AI context.
Screenpipe captures screen text and audio into a searchable local history. It helps people recall what they saw or heard, create meeting notes and work summaries, and provide relevant context to AI assistants through MCP and a local API. Capture history is stored locally by default. Configured cloud AI, transcription, sync, integrations, and connected AI/MCP clients can transmit context off-device. Screenpipe is source-available under the Screenpipe Commercial License, not OSI open source or MIT. A free tier has limited history and workflows; see current plans at https://screenpipe.com/pricing. Official source and license: https://github.com/screenpipe/screenpipe.
