Machine Learning Engineer, AI Assistant + Autonomous AI Agents

Glean is looking for senior engineers who will provide expert-level individual contributions and thought leadership to build the next generation of intelligent enterprise AI assistants and autonomous AI agents. You will work at the intersection of applied research and production engineering in areas such as agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration, low-latency LLM inference and optimization, domain-adapted and memory-augmented LLMs, reinforcement learning, and building evaluation frameworks for complex enterprise tasks.
